Who is eligible for this settlement?

What happened?

How much could I receive?
Payment amounts are calculated based on your total estimated interchange fee overcharge across all your Discover Merchant Identifiers (MIDs). The settlement fund is $1.225 Billion with a guaranteed minimum distribution of $540 million.
What does RMS charge?
RMS works on a contingency basis — we only get paid if we successfully recover funds for you. No upfront cost, no hourly fees, no risk. Start your claim to review your engagement agreement, confirm your contingency fee, and sign to proceed.
What is the deadline to file?
The claim filing deadline is May 18, 2026. We strongly recommend filing as early as possible to allow time for any follow-up documentation that may be required.
I have multiple businesses. Do I file once or multiple times?
You only need to fill out our intake form once. You can add all your businesses/TINs in a single submission. RMS will file separate claims for each entity as needed.
